ALL "MAILED IN" REGISTRATION FORMS HAVE BEEN POSTED ON THE REGISTERED TEAMS PAGES AS OF JUNE 23rd 2011.

IF YOU HAVE SENT A REGISTRATION FORM via CANADA POST, AND YOUR TEAM IS NOT LISTED ON THE REGISTERED TEAMS PAGES, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND ANOTHER FULLY COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM.

If you choose to do this please be sure your team name and contact person is the same as your initial entry so that duplicate payments can be destroyed (cheques) or returned (Money orders).

For Your Info: We accept Personal Cheques or Money Orders, however your cheque may take several days to clear and you are not in the Tournament until it does.

Tournament Date: July 29th-August 1st 2011

If you sent a completed registration form in in February and your cheque has not been cashed yet, it is because we will wait until we have several before we do the deposit.

TIP!

Send a "Money Order" instead of a personal cheque.

Remember:

Your Team is NOT on the schedule until your entry is paid in FULL and your cheque has cleared. Money Orders are much faster.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH!

Important:

Make sure to review your registration form to ensure it is properly filled out and we can read it, make sure all your info is correct. Kin Slo-Pitch is a " First come First Serve Tournament" Teams will be Registered according to Post Mark date.

DISCLAIMER The Edson Kinsmen Association assumes no responsibility for Registration Forms and Entry Fees that are lost in the mail or slow to arrive. You may puchase insurance from your Post Office for outgoing mail.

Registration Deposits are made only once per week. The Registered Teams pages are updated when I get the time.

We will make every effort to keep all participants updated and informed on all Slo-Pitch news or changes in Tournament format that may or may not directly or indirectly affect your team. Keep upto date by checking Kin Central regularly. There you will be informed or directed to further information.

The 2011 Slo-Pitch registration form is an Adobe "Portable Document Format" (PDF) You likely already have the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®, if not you will need to download
a free copy here:

Once the Registration form is downloaded to Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®,
1. Simply and neatly as possible fill in the required information.

2. Mail it along with the registration fee to us at the address indicated on the form. Remember you are not in the Tournament until we have your payment and it has cleared. Money Order is preferable.
