Parking
Please park in the designated areas only and comply with our parking attendants. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be towed at the owner's expense.

Division Winners
Please have your team in the Beer Gardens on Monday afternoon for the prize presentation and pictures. Check with TOURNAMENT CENTRAL for exact time.

Dogs
Absolutely NO DOGS ALLOWED! PLEASE LEAVE YOUR DOG AT HOME. Public Health Regulations prohibit dogs from being in Vision Park. Please respect the health and comfort of your fellow ball players.

Bus Transportation
A shuttle bus is provided from the town to Vision Park. Please refer to your registration package for schedule. 
see bus route map. This is a free service which we urge you to use to reduce congestion at Vision Park and eliminate drinking and driving.

Schedule
The first Draw will be on Friday evening at 5:00 pm however most teams will start play on Saturday. If your team is traveling a long way you may request a Saturday Draw. We make every effort to start local and teams close to Edson on the Friday.This gives everyone lots of time to get to Edson and get oriented.

Age Restriction
This is an adult tournament. All participants must be at least 18 years of age (unless prior permission has been granted by Tournament Chairpersons).

Masters Division A Masters Division is made up of 5 Men 40+yrs and 5 Women 35+ yrs old. All skill levels are represented. The team roster it self can be unlimited, but each player listed on the game sheet MUST BAT in that game. Defensive substitutions are unlimited.

Rain Out
No such thing! The tournament goes rain or snow or shine.

Score Sheets
The winning team of each game is responsible for turning in a correctly completed score sheet to TOURNAMENT CENTRAL immediately after the game.

Camping Fee for August Long Weekend Tourny:

• $75.00 per UNIT/Tent for the entire weekend plus a refundable $25.00 Deposit to be returned upon satisfactory inspection your site. CASH ONLY we cannot process credit or debit cards and do not accept personal cheques.

Campground Rules:

Due to the proximity of the camping area to the Weyerhaeser yard the following rules must be followed.

• No Open Fires
• Gas Campstoves and BBQ's are allowed.
• No Fireworks
• No Dogs
• No ATV's, Dirt Bikes, or Off Road Vehicles
  

Campground Features:

The land features high, hard ground on grassed lots with no chance of mud to ruin your big investment. The land is inside the park and very close to diamonds. There will be a registration trailer set up at the entrance to the Kin Kampers Village with Registration Services and Security 24 Hrs a day.

We recommend this facility if you are concerned about having your unit stuck if it rains.
